Visited the Columban Sisters in Maheramore where we had Mass and learnt about the history of the Sisters. The Sisters are inspiring women who have amazing stories but need a little coaxing to share their experiences. What a brilliant project it would be to do a 2 minute video of all the Sisters. Visit to Glendalough - glen between two lakes. Spectacular scenery. A spiritual place, a monastic settlement founded by St Kevin. Tour led by Fr Michael Rogers.
