Happy Easter!
In the countries where the Columbans are working I am sure that people are rejoicing in their churches and chapels. Why? Because Jesus is risen. This is not just good news for Jesus it is also good news for us.
We can bump into the risen Jesus at any time. Sometimes it’s dramatic, other times it’s more subtle and we might miss seeing him. This Easter I pray that all of us will meet the risen Lord. It might be at home, at work or while shopping. If we do, we too will be filled with joy. Then we can all be missionaries by telling others about what has happened to us.
