Columban Fr Shay Cullen SSC has been a missionary in the Philippines since 1969 and is the founder of *PREDA (People’s Recovery, Empowerment Development Assistance Foundation). He appeals for the release of the children jailed in the Metro Manila and Central Luzon detention centres who are in danger of contracting the Coronavirus. The infection is sweeping through the jail system.
