BUILDING HOPE

2024 Columban Mid-Year Appeal

Give, even if you only have a little.
For in giving, we sow the seeds of hope that flourish into abundance for all.

Saint Mother Teresa

As we stand at the midpoint of another remarkable year, I am filled with gratitude for your unwavering support and commitment to Columban mission. Your generosity has been instrumental in driving positive change and transforming lives in the communities where Columban missionaries serve and beyond.

However, amidst our ongoing efforts, I must bring to your attention a tragic event that has unfolded in the Philippines. Columban Fr Vincent Busch reports that a sudden and devastating event has left two orphaned children, Melanie and Bernabe, without support. These children, like many others, are part of the vulnerable communities that the Columban missionaries have been assisting, including the Subanen tribal people in the Philippines, as well as communities in Myanmar, Peru, and Fiji.

Your support will not only help Melanie and Bernabe navigate this difficult time, but we can build hope for those facing adversity in the Philippines and other countries where we work. Your donation will enable us to offer essential assistance such as food aid, shelter, healthcare, and educational resources to those in need.

I ask you to use the options below to support the Columban Mission Appeal.

Together, we can expand our reach, deepen our impact, and empower more individuals and communities to thrive.

Thank you for your unwavering dedication and belief in the power of humanity to make a difference.
