About the Program

Building on the success of the 2025 Schools Partnership Program, St Columbans Mission Society will continue the program in 2026 by offering online and in-person sessions for primary and secondary schools across Australia, Fiji and New Zealand.

Columban priests and lay missionaries will share prayers, mission stories, and lived experiences from their work in countries such as Peru, Chile, the Philippines, Myanmar, Pakistan and Fiji. These sessions aim to inspire students to engage with global issues through faith, compassion and action.

Session Themes?

Schools can choose or tailor sessions on:

  • Care for our common home and the protection of biodiversity
  • Migrants, refugees and asylum seekers
  • Inter-religious dialogue and peace-building
